Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream – review

Hey Beautiful People, How have you been? Its been a stress full week for me so now that I have day off from work I decided to write a new review for you. You might have read post about Holy grails for dry and sensitive skin so you know that I have very dry skin. This was my first Cosrx product that I got, im little late for the hype. I have this mindset that I wanna try and find products that others dont use so because everyone is raving about cosrx in instagram I wanted to try other brands.  But here I am raving about cosrx in my blog, haha.

First thing first this cream is boring. It doesn’t have any scent, pretty simple packaging, no tricks no excitment, but it does what its suppose to do. Like the name say it gives your skin intensive moisture and with hyaluronic acid it seal all the moisture in. The cream itself is very light weight almost like gel so at first I was sceptical if it could be moisturising enough for my dry skin. Its just perfect because I can layer up essence and serums under it and it still wont leave my face great. I really love it even though its boring. I would especially recommend it too someone with normal, sensitive or dry skin.

So how much is it? its usually around $20 for 100ml, which is huge jar considering I have used mine everyday for 2 months and I have only scratched the surface. Oh and it does come with a spatula, which is always nice!☺

Kose Cosmeport clear turn babyish sheetmask

Hey lovelies, today I want to introduce you to japanese sheetmasks. Kose is ranked as most popular brand for sheetmask in Japan for 9 years! I decided to pick their babyish line because they are made for someone in their 20s. There is 3 different type of babyish mask pink for extra moisture, blue for whitening(brightening) and yellow for plumping which I chose.

Kose promises to make your skin plump and soft like baby’s skin, hence the name. They all contain virgin coconut oil, argan oil, baobaob oil and hyaluronic acid and the yellow mask I picked also have double collagen, honey and amino acids(serine). Amino acids are great for anti aging because they are thought to help in collagen production and make skin more elastic. Their masks are also free of fragrance, mineral oil, silicone and color.

I got mine from ebay for $7,98 and it does contain 7 sheetmasks, so for me thats pretty cheap. So what did I think about it. I really liked it! They did what they promised, after a week using only these sheetmasks my skin felt soft and plump. These masks do have some sort of chemical scent to them and for me the mask itself was kinda small, but I  have a huge face haha. I will definately want to try the pink and blue one next.

Innisfree apple juicy cleansing oil review

Hey Beautiful People!

Sorry its been awhile but I have been so busy lately that I havent had time to sit down and blog, but today I have a new review for you. After using Banila co’s clean it zero purity I needed to get new oil cleanser and ki was going through my sample stash when I found a sample of this innisfree apple juicy cleansing oil. First thought was that it smells amazing, like green apple candy! I also liked how easily it took my make up off, just a disclaimer I never use waterproof makeup and I only use makeup I can remove with oil cleanser.
If you havent used oil cleanser before this is how you should use it.

  1. Massage oil cleanser on to your dry skin with dry hands
  2. After you see your make up coming off wet your hand with warm water and and massage your face again, now you can see your oil cleanser starting to turn emulsifying
  3. When your sure no make up is left on your face rinse your face with water

This is to show how easily this cleanser will remove Banila co’s eye line and Etude House’s lipstick.

So how much is it? Its around $15 for 150ml and it will last a long time since you only need 2pumps to clean your face. I will definately repurchase this cleanser at some point, but now Im using Mizon’s giant (400ml) oil cleanser which I really dont like… Anyways ! hope you are all having a great weekend and Halloween! I will definately spend my weekend watching Addams Family tv series and Bewitched!

Neogen Vita Lightening Serum

I have bad habit to want products that no one else is talking about. My greatest past time is trying to find products online that are very… very hard to find. Neogen vita lightening serum is one of them.I finally found this serum from ebay and the seller also had the toner from  this line so I decided to get it too, since Im always trying to find products that brighten my skin tone. Well..I got my serum then the next day I got another notification from the post office that my box have arrived and inside that box was another serum! So 2 serums and no toner..I of course contacted the seller but they werent helpful so I let it go and decided to give the extra serum for my sister as a birthday present.

Anyways back to the review. I really love the packaging its quite unique and retro in white and orange plastic.it comes in 85ml bottle and its usually around $20-$30. And this is what they say in their website.

“A Multi-Vita Serum provides the instant revitalizing energy to tired and dull skin. Certified to have skin whitening function by brightening the skin tone. ”

First things first it smells like oranges! It have  quite thick but runny texture and it feels tacky first but after you pat it in the tacky feeling goes away. I have used pretty good amount of the product and I have noticed some brightening effect on my skin, I especially like to use this serum under my sheetmask.  I dont have the box anymore but the Neogen website have listed the ingredients as vitamin c derivatives, mulberry extract and soybean extract. Vitamin c and mulberry are great for brightening skin and soy bean is great for anti-aging.
So would I repurchase it? No, because I want to try other brightening products.

Hera UV mist cushion ultra moisture

Hera’s uv mist cushion ultra moisture was my very first cushion foundation. I decided to get it because it promised to seal in the moisture so your skin wont get flaky or dry. Hera also promised that this cushion will brighten your tone. Its SPF34 / PA++, but you should always use proper sunlotion under your make up.

First lets look at the packaging, its gorgeous lilac and hologramic. Its very luxurious. When you open it you see the mirror and the puff which you can use to apply the foundation. Under he puff is the cushion itself, my cushion is almost empty thats why it looks dry.

This comes in 3 different shades, and I have the middle one 21 cool vanilla. This cushion have lovely kinda fresh floral scent to it,which lingers quite a long time so if you are sensitive to scents you should keep that in mind. I personally love the scent.

Coverage of this cushion is pretty light, but you can build it up to medium if you need to. Its semi dewy finish, and I usually use some powder to set it up, but I dont think its necessery. I really like the beautiful dewy finish this cushion have and I have bought several refills before. It comes in a package with a refill and its usually around $40.

Holy Grails for sensitive and dry skin

First of yay for finding time to write my first post. I have been planning this post for a few weeks, wondering where I should start. So I decided that I should talk about my favorite products and why they are so important to my routine. Say Hello to my two holy grails from Hadalabo Gokujyun premium lotion & hyaluronic acid foam cleanser!

I have atopic skin which means my skin doesn’t hold moisture inside my skin aswell as normal skin. These two products both have hyaluronic acid in them which means its great for maintaining moisture and because of that it makes skin moisturised and plumper which itself is great for anti aging. Because one of the reason we get wrinkles is because when we get older our skin wont maintain moisture that well. So its important to always moisturise. Anyways enough ranting haha.

Hadalabo hyaluronic acid foam cleanser

This cleanser comes in a white 160ml bottle and its sold for $16 in ebay. I have tried different foam cleansers and this is only one that doesn’t make my skin feel dry afterwards. The foam is super silky and soft and it does great job at cleansing. I love that it doesn’t have any scent, which some might think is boring but for us with sensitive skin or sensitivity to scent that is great news. I think my first bottle lasted me in twice a day use for 2-3 months! So its pretty long lasting. I will definately keep repurchasing this.
Hadalabo Gokujyun premium lotion

The lotion comes in a gold (fancy) 170ml bottle and its sold in ebay for $15. Its very think gel like concistency and only one dropped is enough for my face and neck! I love to use it after toner to help restore all the moisure in. I love how it makes my skin plump and hydrated. It does have slightly chemical scent but it have never bothersome me. I have been using it from May and Im only gone through half the bottle. I will definately buy the refill before I run out. Yes they even sell refills so you dont have to buy new bottle if you dont want.

Hope you enjoyed my first post and please leave me a comment if you have questions.
